I came across a blog called HandmadebyAngelica. Angelica and Erin just started a new challenge called Music Mondays.  They will pick a song for the week and all you have to do is; try creating a card, layout or project either using gold in your color scheme or representing something golden in your heart.

This is what I came up with.

Cricut Cardz Challenge #57

Happy Martin Luther King Day!!!

The family and I had a great day; we attended the MLK Day Parade in Los Angeles.  The girls danced, laughed and played as the parade marched past us.  Let’s not forget the whines about how hot it was out there.  It was in the mid-eighties to be exact, but we enjoyed ourselves.

I was blog hopping this past weekend and came across a fun blog called Cricut Cardz Challenge.   Mary at Cardz TV is the host of CCC and PCC.  She has great videos and the cutest creations.

Here's a card I created for a couple of challenges, but I missed the deadline on one.  Oh well there’s always next week,,,lol  ;-)

Cricut Cardz Challenge #57? The challenge for this week is to make a card using any cartridges or theme you'd like, BUT using the colors red, black and white ONLY!

Happy Saturday Everyone!!!

Two post in one day (oh my goodness) what goin' happen,,,lol.

My DD's basketball game was so fun.  Watching 6 and 7 year olds run around with the basketball in their hands is just to cute.  Dribble, what!!! I can make it from one side to the other by just holding the ball and running (its easier that way,,lol).  Now on to some crafting!!

My Pink Stampers is having her first blog hop.  I was able to put a quick card together after hopping through all the stops and collecting a word to complete a sentence telling what the challenge is.

Good Morning!!!

What a busy week we've had and not a lot of time for crafting. I tried to post last night, but the Internet just did not want to cooperate. So I'm going to do a quick post before we head off to my daughters basketball game this morning.

The ladies over at Cooking with Cricut have their weekly challenge going on, GLITTERMANIA! I love adding that little extra bling to my projects. Also the ladies over at Fantabulous Cricut have their weekly challenge: Winter Warmies Create using some type of clothing/accessory in your project (i.e.: mitten, sweater, hat etc...).

Thanks for stopping by, have a great day :-)

Hello All and Happy Saturday!

Living in Southern California my two youngest girls had never seen SNOW!!  I know, I remember as a kid waking up to see the streets and tree limbs covered in snow.  Running downstairs just to hear those wonderful words "SNOW DAY"!  Last year around March, we can say that is no longer the case.  Driving through Arizona near Flagstaff, there it was snow, ice, mush.  Needless to say it was not the stuff you look at in ah, but they were so excited to see and touch it, it didn't matter.  So here's a layout I did just for them.  Here are a couple of challenges I will be entering the LO in.

Thanks for stopping by :-), Snow Fun, Snowy Delights

Mojo Monday

Hello All!!!

I was hoping to post this earlier, but it is Monday after all.  Both the kids and I have to get back into the routine after having 2 weeks off.  Tonight we only had a couple of trips down the hall, whining about not being able to sleep.  Things should be back to normal in the next couple of days,,I hope.........

I was wondering what I could work on today and while going though my e-mails, I came across my weekly e-mail from Mojo Monday and saw they were having their monthly contest. To see all the details just click HERE.  Here's my take on the sketch with my cousin in mind.  All that know her, I'm sure are shaking their heads in agreement,,,,lol.
